Why do I do it? Why am I a photographer? As a mother, wife, sister, and friend I cling to old photographs.  Old portraits are all I have of some of my dearest family members and friends.  They are a portal to a past that is worth remembering.  Today your family portraits will hang gracefully on your walls. Ten years from now they will serve as a reminder of your family's spry youth.  In thirty years, they will keep you company when all the children have left the nest.  In fifty years, they will serve a guide to remember as the mind begins to fade.  Beyond that...

they become part of your legacy.
